Contact: hello@padimi.app. These terms cover padimi.app and its launch list. They do not purchase a licence to an unreleased app or replace the terms supplied with a future app release.
Prelaunch information
PadiMi is in development for iPhone. Images show development previews using sample data. Features, appearance, compatibility, pricing and timing may change. We have not promised a release date, a place in a beta, a price, free paid features or availability in every country. We will correct material errors when identified.
The launch list
Joining is free and for adults 18 or over. Submit an address you control, give the permission described beside the form and confirm it through the email link. Do not register someone else, automate abuse or submit unlawful content. You can withdraw at any time through an email unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Privacy information is provided in our notice; reading that notice is not a blanket consent to processing.
Reasonable use
You may use the website for lawful personal and business enquiries. Do not compromise its security, interfere with other visitors, harvest contact information or misrepresent affiliation with us. We may limit abusive traffic and suspend the launch list where needed to protect people or the service.
Our content and other services
We or our licensors own the website’s design, text and artwork. You may view it and share links. Other uses require permission unless law permits them. Apple, iPhone and App Store are Apple trademarks; their mention does not imply endorsement. External sites and connected services have their own terms.
Information and availability
The website gives general product information, not medical, mental-health, financial, legal or safety advice. A planner is not a guaranteed alarm, emergency service or promise that you will reach a goal. Keep your own arrangements for critical commitments. We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access to a free prelaunch website.
Responsibility and your rights
We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies and privacy rights remain intact. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business losses arising from personal use of this free website.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms for changes to the website or applicable law and show the updated date. Material changes to the launch subscription require appropriate notice or renewed permission where needed. England and Wales law applies except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Consumers retain the right to bring claims in a competent court where they live and to use applicable local consumer protection. Contacting us is an option, not a required step before exercising a remedy.
